1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the use of zfenselabs.com, published by Zfense Labs Inc. By using the site you accept them. Use of Lens and Xtract is governed by a separate subscription agreement and Data Processing Agreement, and what we collect on this site is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update this page; the date at the bottom says when.
2. Our content
The text, images, films, documents, logos and code on this site belong to Zfense Labs or are used with permission. You may read, download and share them for your own evaluation of our products. Republishing or using them commercially needs our written permission. Customer names and logos appear with the customer’s agreement and remain theirs. Microsoft and Dynamics 365 Business Central are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.
3. The site is provided as it is
We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. Figures shown on sandbox screens are illustrative. Links to other sites lead to content we do not control. To the extent the law allows, Zfense Labs is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute about them is subject to the courts located in California.
